Within this collection are photographs of the Ogden area, circa 1900, and of construction of the Central Pacific Railroad. Photographs of Ogden include people, street scenes, businesses, and landmarks.

Black and white photographs, 8 x 10, of scenes from early Ogden days including street scenes, railroad yards and depots, buildings, unidentified people and scenes from Ogden Canyon.

This collection contains copies of photographs from early Ogden and the surrounding region, spanning in time from the 1880s to the middle 1900s. Photographic subjects include people, buildings, businesses and industries, organizations, transportation, and landmarks. Each print in this collection has been backed with heavy cardboard.

The collection consists of nine stereopticon slides in faded condition but of vaule because of historical content for the Ogden area.
